About Pause Collective

Pause Collective helps organizations retain talent and improve performance by addressing menopause as a critical workplace issues. Founded by Kathy Parslow, a business executive with deep experience in leadership, operations, transformation and HR, Pause Collective was created to close a long-overlooked gap in employee wellbeing. Through evidence-based, human-first programs, we bring practical solutions to complex, often ignored challenges—helping people thrive, and businesses succeed.

What makes us unique

We’re a strategic partner helping organizations embed real, lasting change - not a wellness trend nor a one-off lunch and learn. Here’s how we’re different:

  • We’re the first Canadian firms offering strategic, evidence-based menopause support for workplaces

  • We are experienced in the governance discussions between management and the Board regarding effective workforce planning and HR strategy.

  • We create tailored, systemic solutions—not one-size-fits-all toolkits

  • Our programs are informed by clinical expertise and designed for operational realities

  • We don’t sell supplements or health products

  • We engage partners, leaders, HR and the broader workplace—not just individual employees
