Founded by Kathy Parslow, a business executive with deep experience in leadership, operations, transformation and HR, Pause Collective was created to close a long-overlooked gap in employee wellbeing. What makes us unique
We’re a strategic partner helping organizations embed real, lasting change - not a wellness trend nor a one-off lunch and learn. Here’s how we’re different:
We’re the first Canadian firms offering strategic, evidence-based menopause support for workplaces
We are experienced in the governance discussions between management and the Board regarding effective workforce planning and HR strategy.
We create tailored, systemic solutions—not one-size-fits-all toolkits
Our programs are informed by clinical expertise and designed for operational realities
We don’t sell supplements or health products
We engage partners, leaders, HR and the broader workplace—not just individual employees
